     It is very important to maintain a paint job with periodical power washing and touch up maintenance.  Ignoring problem areas can cause paint failure or make your paint job look older than it is.  We offer a maintenance & carpentry service to help the quality of your paint last.  We will inspect your house for problem areas such as peeling paint, rotting wood, cracks in the drywall, or mildew then discuss a solution with you and submit a bid.

      We recommend having your house power washed every 1-2 years to help prevent or control mildew. Over time dirt and mildew can build-up on paint and decks, making them appear older. Power washing is the answer for people who do not need a fresh coat of paint but would like to revitalize their surroundings. After power washing a deck we recommend it be sealed or stained for a lasting appearance. Power washing bids are available over the phone or email, just include the square footage of the area to be power washed and the location.

    Digital color consultation helps take the guesswork out of your color selections. If you are unsure of your color choices we will take a digital picture of your home, interior or exterior, and show you how different color combinations might appear. If you have your own digital camera you can email us a picture with your information. For added assurance we will be glad to paint color samples on your house before the actual paint job begins. Digital color consultations are FREE to all customers who choose to use our services. If you prefer, we can do the consultation only for a small fee for up to 10 different color combinations per picture.
